This program has been withdrawn and will not be available to commencing (new) students after Trimester 1-2018.
New students are referred to Griffith Tertiary Preparation (9359) which will be offered from 2019.
The Griffith University Preparation Program provides a pathway to undergraduate studies at Griffith University for applicants who would like to undertake university study but lack the formal qualifications required for University entry to an undergraduate degree. The program consists of four courses which provide foundational knowledge and the academic skills, knowledge and confidence required to complete an undergraduate degree at Griffith University.
Your Grade Point Average (GPA) will determine your eligibility for admission to undergraduate degrees that have an admission requirement of English (4SA). Applicants seeking admission to a program that requires a Maths or Science prerequisite are encouraged to undertake Maths and Science bridging courses. Contact the University for more information if required.
Note: Students currently completing Years 11 and 12 are advised to complete their secondary studies as this is not a recommended alternative to remaining at school.
This program will be offered full-time in-person at the Logan campus and students will be required to complete four courses. The courses will involve lectures, workshops and laboratories comprising six hours per course per week held over three days.
