To be eligible for the award of Master of Speech Pathology (MSpPath), a student must have been awarded a suitable undergraduate degree and acquire160 credit points as prescribed below:

  • gain 160 credit points for courses in Years 1 and 2.

This degree/s may be awarded with Distinction where a student achieves a minimum program GPA of 6.5 with no failed courses. The words 'This award was achieved with Distinction' will be recorded on the testamur and will appear below the conferral date of the award.

It is a program requirement that all Master of Speech Pathology students only enrol in courses offered at their designated home campus.

Students will need to be available for professional placement and on-campus teaching for five full days every week when undertaking field placement.
