This subject provides multidisciplinary learning opportunities for learners interested in achieving a greater knowledge of the functions of the brain that are damaged and those that are not. Students will develop a better understanding of why persons affected by the dementia syndrome behave in particular ways. Learning opportunities will be offered within a flexible framework that is closely related to the practical concerns of participating learners. All sessions will be interactive with students being given ample opportunity to consult with lecturers and with each other. *Note: this course is for undergraduate students.
