Sport and Event Consumer Experiences (7343THS)

In today's highly competitive world it is no longer the sole responsibility of the marketing division to promote programs and services related to the sport and event management organisations. All employees within these industry sectors must be aware of the fundamental roles of marketing and the importance of being customer oriented. This course introduces students to external marketing environments and provides them with an awareness of the unique marketing challenges faced by event and sport organisations as they seek to provide programs and services that are responsive to consumer needs.
