This course examines advanced aspects of financial controllership and corporate finance within the contemporary business environment. The course covers topics including corporate governance, cost of capital, real options, company valuations, capital structure, and dividend policy. Prerequisite: 7211AFE, 7905AFE (Corporate Finance) This course is normally offered: Nathan Semester 2 Night This course will not be offered after Semester 2 2014
