Project Evaluation and Control (7202ENG)

The course deals with the tools available to evaluate and control engineering projects. It examines the development of proposals, proposal appraisal, and post-project review. Proposal inputs such as risk assessment, cost and benefit estimation and feasibility studies are examined through a major assignment. Traditional, as well as modern appraisal techniques, are examined.
