Leading Creative Projects (7151QCA)

This course aims to build the students' ability to plan and manage real world projects from strategic and practical points of view. Beyond the vital importance of the creative process, the development and implementation of creative ideas require project management skills. This involves understanding stakeholder experiences and business practices. Topics will include framing a problem, identifying stakeholders, mapping supply chains, project planning, organisation and supervision. These are essential components in the complexities of industrial production.
