This course considers the role of risk and crisis communication in social, political and business contexts. It explores international case studies, theory and practice and aims to equip students with the skills necessary to identify and manage issues facing government, non-government organisations and businesses, build a crisis response plan and team, and effectively manage communication during crises and disasters.
