Relationship Marketing (7031MKT)

Until recently marketing focused only on the external customer but gradually it has been realised that external marketing is most successful when integrated with marketing efforts inside the firm. The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of the vitality of internal marketing, to emphasise the relationship between internal and external marketing and to provide students with the skills to develop internal marketing strategy for firms. This course is an extension of the services focus on marketing and is innovative in terms of its structure and content. This course is normally offered in Trimester 2 at Gold Coast (EVEN year); Nathan (ODD year) and Online. NB: As this is a restricted course, enrolment is for GBS postgraduate students only and must be listed in the program structure.
