EU Law: Understanding the Fundamentals (5331LAW)

European Union (EU) Law is a vital and developing part of international law and currently covers 28 sovereign states. EU Law also influences other international law through EU's Free Trade Agreements (FTA) often containing requirements for compliance by EU's trading partners with EU's values. The students will acquire contextual knowledge in EU constitutional law, as a precursor to more advanced studies and understanding of European Union and other International Law.
