Law, Culture and Anthropology (5326LAW)

Law, Culture and Anthropology introduces a historical and cultural approach to jurisprudence. This approach provides a backdrop for the discussion of various aspects of the current relations between law, culture and anthropology. It will further develop comprehension skills in dealing with high-level scholarly approaches to a wide range of legal-cultural issues, with materials drawn from a variety of contemporary international sources.
