Canadian Administrative Law (5254LAW)

Administrative Law is the body of common law, statute law and procedural rules through which government institutions and bureaucratic actions are supervised and regulated. This course examines the major principles of Canadian administrative law and the various institutions through which the law is developed and applied in practice. The application of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to administrative decision making will also be canvassed.
