International Litigation (5046LAW)

This course is concerned with issues arising in litigation which involves the legal systems of more than one state. The three main areas to be considered in the course are jurisdiction, choice of law and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. The theoretical and historical underpinnings of the course will be examined and critiques will be addressed.
