Numerical Engineering Methods (3325ENG)

Numerical analysis is the area of mathematics and computer science that creates, analyses, and implements algorithms for solving numerically the problems of continuous mathematics. In engineering, these problems arise naturally from the requirement to understand and design physical systems to serve our needs. The aim of this course is to learn how to formulate numerical solutions suitable for resolving the type of calculations commonly encountered in electrical engineering. This course will be offered from 2019 in trimester 2 at the Gold Coast campus.
