Practical Electronics (3301ENG)

This course is aimed at circuit design and printed circuit board implementation and finally the design of a complete electronic system. It involves PCB design, system and component specification, and design principles including noise reduction, transducers, ergonomics, power supplies, and design for testability. Students are required to complete a practical PCB design and a paper system design as part of their assessment. Incompatible: 3030MEE Pracitical Electronics AND 3076ENG Team Design Project Prerequisites: 1302ENG Introduction to Electronics AND 2301ENG Semiconductor Devices and Circuits
