Tourism and Hotel Economic Analysis (3203THS)

Successful tourism and hospitality managers require a good understanding of their operating environment, in particular the economy which impacts demand for tourism and hospitality services and costs of doing business. This course takes a very applied approach to demonstrate the importance of understanding both the micro and macro influences on consumer behavior, specifically within the economic operating environment of tourism and hospitality businesses in the global marketplace.
