Intercultural Management (3004IBA)

This course aims to develop intercultural awareness, knowledge and skills in global business context, aimed at successful implementation of strategy, structure, systems and practices in intercultural and multicultural management. It examines corporate and personal ethical behaviour in a global economy. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork in various forms of case study analysis of actual business situations. The focus is on 'people problems' that invariably arise in international business relationships. The course provides practical experience in working in self-managed teams, reporting, analysing and presenting ideas (and reflecting on them) in a formal and informal manner.
