Design 1 (2206ENG)

This course aims to equip students with basic project management skills such as effective human relations, leadership, responsibility, project control, and risk management in the context of sustainability, whole systems design, whole systems thinking, legal issues and other commercial aspects. Students will engage in engineering design projects where a multitude of technical and management issues also need to be addressed. Students will be required to procure a fit-for-purpose solution that meets all the competing demands of their profession. This course will be offered from 2018 at the Nathan campus.
